PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Frank and Ellen McKibben, the principals of Vail Valley Real Estate Brokers are long time residents of Vail, having moved here in 1976. Frank and Ellen, with over 40 years combined experience, have built an excellent referral business and have many contacts among owners and renters of Vail property. We provide short-term rental as well as non-rental management services. We closely supervise our staff, and provide a high level of service to owners and renters.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
For our resort rental owners we provide all the details of advertising, marketing, and hosting a web page to entice guests to visit and stay in your home. We also handle all the things necessary to insure the guests have a wonderful time and are eager to return. For our non-rental homeowners, we can structure our services to meet their needs doing as little as providing occasional housekeeping or as much as weekly inspections and providing accounting services.
STAFF
Our professional staff will assist you with personalized service that will keep our guests coming back year after year. Frank and Ellen McKibben are longtime locals having moved to Vail in 1976. They both have been active in property management and real estate sales since 1977. Frank McKibben, Owner is a graduate of the University of Denver. He holds the Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) designation from the National Association of Realtors. He is a past President of the Vail Board of Realtors, and has twice been awarded “The Realtor of the Year”. Ellen McKibben, Broker Associate, Owner is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has a master’s degree from Wayne State University. She has been active in property management and resort rentals since 1977. Ellen runs our rental and property management division, handling all the details so that owners and guests can have a carefree visit to Vail.
